Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Rolifin at https://www.rolifin.com (the “Service”), operated by RolIfIn, Baneshwor, Kathmandu (“Rolifin”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Rolifin lets content creators connect their YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts and see their statistics in one dashboard: followers, views, likes, comments, shares, stories, reels, videos and, where the platform provides it, revenue. Rolifin administrators can view creator accounts and statistics to operate and support the Service.
Rolifin has read-only access to connected accounts. It does not post, message, comment or change anything on your accounts.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at suraj.rolifin@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
- One person per account. Do not create accounts for others without their permission.
4. Connected platforms
- Connect only accounts that you own or are authorised to manage, such as a Facebook Page where you have the required role.
- Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Meta Terms, the Instagram Terms of Use and the TikTok Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- You can disconnect a platform at any time in Creator Studio, or revoke Rolifin's access in that platform's settings. Disconnecting deletes the data we hold for that platform.
- Platforms may change or limit their APIs at any time. Some data may then become unavailable, delayed or incomplete, and we are not responsible for that.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully, or to infringe anyone's rights;
- connect accounts you are not authorised to use, or try to access other users' data;
- interfere with, probe, scan or overload the Service, or bypass its security or rate limits;
- scrape, copy or resell the Service or data from it, except your own statistics for your own use;
- reverse-engineer the Service except where the law allows it.
6. Your data
You keep ownership of your content and of the statistics about your accounts. You give us permission to fetch, store and process that data only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.
7. Statistics and revenue figures
Statistics and revenue come from the platforms' APIs and may be estimated, delayed, rounded or later revised by the platforms. Currency conversions use reference rates. Figures in Rolifin are for information only; they are not financial, tax or legal advice and are not a statement of what a platform will pay you.
8. Fees
The Service is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price in advance, and you will not be charged unless you choose to sign up for them.
9. Rolifin's intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to RolIfIn and its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see Deleting your data). We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, put other users or the Service at risk, or where required by law. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
11. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Rolifin is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim (currently nothing, because the Service is free). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. The courts of Kathmandu, Nepal, have jurisdiction over any dispute, without limiting any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the country where you live.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, tell you in Creator Studio or by email before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply.
